Colin Gwin

Mr. Colin Gwin is a Senior Executive in the United States Intelligence Community.  He currently manages a broad technical portfolio with a focus on risk management and mitigation.

Throughout his 20+ year career in the US IC, Mr. Gwin has been a leader and pioneer in the field of technical targeting, analysis, and risk mitigation.  He's served in various roles including as the IC Executive Agent for the In-Q-Tel program which seeks to provide the Intelligence Community access to early stage, venture-backed technical innovations.  Mr. Gwin has extensive warzone service and is a noted technical expert, mentor and leader.

Mr. Gwin graduated from Boston College with a BA and participated in the Center for the Study of the Presidency and Congress' Presidential Fellowship Program in 2000-2001.  He's mentored CSPC Presidential Fellows for the last seven years.  Mr. Gwin also holds an MBA from Northeastern University and is a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute.
