Ben Pickert is the Executive Assistant to the President and CEO at the Center for the Study of the Presidency and Congress (CSPC), where he supports the day-to-day operations of the executive office and leads the organization's internship program. He also contributes occasional writing to the CSPC Dispatch.

Before joining CSPC, Ben served as Field Operations Assistant at Outreach International, an international development NGO headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri. He previously held several positions at the Hamilton Lugar School of Global and International Studies at Indiana University Bloomington, including Student Recruitment Assistant, Student Ambassador, and Dean's Office Assistant.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Indiana University, with a focus on Diplomacy, Security, and Governance in the Germanic Countries, and minors in Germanic Studies and Norwegian. He has working proficiency in German, Norwegian, and Spanish.
