SYDNEY JOHNSON

Sydney Johnson is the Program Coordinator, Presidential Fellows Program at the Center for the Study of the Presidency and Congress (CSPC). Sydney leads the Presidential Fellows Program and plans the annual Fellows conference. 

Sydney has previously worked at several local history museums throughout North Carolina. She assisted in exhibit curation, development of educational materials, and grant-writing. She received a B.A. in history from Loyola University Maryland and an M.A. in public history from the University of North Carolina Charlotte where she published a thesis titled, “Wilmington Student Stories: Violence and Desegregation in the US South, 1968-1971.”
