Mr. Jeff Rosenberg

Mr. Jeff Rosenberg retired in 2007 after nearly 40 years on the staff of National Public Radio in Washington. He was on the team that created "All Things Considered" in 1971 and later moved into an executive producer role, specializing in events and issues in U.S. foreign policy and international relations. His work abroad began with the UN World Conference on the Environment in 1972 through and including the crucial Reagan-Gorbachev Summit in Geneva in 1985 and numerous Presidential trips to foreign capitals. Beginning in the early 1990s he worked to establish a presence for NPR in the international broadcasting sphere, and in 2006 was instrumental in establishing NPR Berlin, the network's full time FM station in the German capital. He has served on the Media Advisory Committee of the Indo-U.S. Sub-commission, the joint news working group of the European Broadcasting Union and the North American Broadcasters Association.
