Mr. Jay Collins is Global Co-Head of Citigroup's Public Sector Group, which is responsible for managing the firm's relationships with sovereign governments, municipalities, and supranational clients around the world. Since joining Citigroup, Collins has held various management positions in Europe, Latin America and Japan, and has advised governments and corporations on large scale financings, M&A and privatizations on every continent. Collins has a Masters Degree from Georgetown University and is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Colorado College. He also serves as Chairman of the U.S.-Pakistan Business Council, Chairman of the Advisory Board of the United Arab Emirates' Securities and Commodities Authority, and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
