Director of Presidential Fellows and External Affairs
Erica Ngoenha is the Director of Presidential Fellows and External Affairs at the Center for the Study of the Presidency & Congress. In this position, Ms. Ngoenha oversees CSPC’s flagship Presidential Fellows program which aims to develop a new generation of global leaders committed to public service. Additionally, she cultivates and manages relationships with external stakeholders and partners.
Prior to joining CSPC, Ms. Ngoenha served as the Congressional Affairs Program Officer at The German Marshall Fund of the United States where she recruited and managed congressional participation in various programs and events including study tours, major conferences, roundtable discussions, and educational briefings. She began her career as a Grassroots Advocacy Manager at the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. She received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida and her M.A. in U.S. Foreign Policy from American University.
