COO & CFO
Elizabeth Perch recently joined the Center in June 2010. As Chief Financial Officer and Director of Development, she provides the financial management, manages the development efforts, and assists with program management. She returns to the Center after serving as Financial Manager from 1998-1999.
Before joining the Center, Elizabeth was a Business Development Consultant for several years with an accounting and finance consulting group. Prior to that experience, she was a financial controller and financial analyst for several companies in the airline industry. She also volunteered two years with the US Peace Corps in the Kingdom of Tonga, South Pacific as an accounting teacher and an advisor to local businesses.
Elizabeth received her Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from University of Nevada, Las Vegas and her Bachelor of Arts in Theater from Tulane University. She currently dedicates part of her time to teaching at Northern Virginia Community College in business subjects such as Entrepreneurship, Small Business Management, and International Business.
