Elizabeth Perch is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for the Center for the Study of the Presidency and Congress. Her responsibilities include program management, fundraising and outreach, and financial and tax reporting. Ms. Perch returned to the CSPC in June 2010 after beginning her career from 1998-1999 as the Center’s Financial Manager.
Prior to joining the Center, Ms. Perch served as Business Development Consultant for several years with an accounting and finance consulting group. She also has experience as a financial controller and financial analyst for several companies in the airline industry and various non-profit organizations. In addition to her work experience, she also volunteered two years with the US Peace Corps in the Kingdom of Tonga, South Pacific as an accounting teacher and an advisor to local businesses and has taught classes at Northern Virginia Community College on Small Business Management, International Business, and Entrepreneurship.
Ms. Perch earned her MBA in Finance from University of Nevada, Las Vegas and her BA from Tulane University.
